The same seed, extracted two very different ways.
It's oil extracted using a traditional wooden ghani (chekku) that crushes seeds slowly through friction instead of high-speed machines. There's no external heat and no chemical solvents involved, so the oil keeps more of its natural aroma and nutrients.
It's unrefined — after pressing, the oil is simply left to settle and then cloth-filtered for clarity. Nothing is bleached, deodorised, or chemically treated.
